Former ASB Members

Former members of the American Steal experience:

STEVE “BAM -BAM” URBON
Steve is a devoted Father of 3 children, Drummer, Percussionist and Prolific Songwriter.
Founding member of ASB. Steve is SINGLE and took early RETIREMENT after selling used ticket stubs from various Spinal Tap Concerts on EBAY.

Steve resides and owns (2) Bait n Tackle shops in Florida called Worms R US and frequently flies back to ASB concerts in his 1943 F4U Corsair plane.

Marketing Guru and the master with words. Steve has always been the Thinker behind ASB, as one week he is in and one week he is out, but you know percussionist with all that pounding going on something has to be loose somewhere. Steve's favorite House Wine at Mike's Place is Jagermeister.

Ryan Urbon is the son of Steve and youngest sound man to join ASB. Then again he is the only official sound man ASB has ever had. Ryan is a graduate of Ohio Center for Broadcasting. He has interned fror 98.5 and 92.3 radio. He has also worked with several heavy metal bands around the local area. Ryan knows when to tune in and out the band making sure the sold out capacity crowds can hear all the words to the ASB songs.

"Dude where's my drums?"

Joe- Saxophone guy who wore the Wolf Mask retired April 2001.
Center: Joe Ross

Rob Kostensky- founding member of ASB 1978, retired bassist.

Frank Horvath, ASB's newest recruit, yes he did pulled the shortest straw. Frank, The Man, The Myth, and to some only a legend, has come out of retirement to join the band. Those of you old enough to remember the Big Apple, probably remember Frank in his black spandex, tank top, and flowing white wig, beating the drums to all those crazed folks on the hunt for passion. It has long been rumored and now just a legend that Franks beats, drove the women crazy with desire, as the men could only hold on to their Disco era, Travolta suits and pray that they left with the clothes on their back, after beating back the relentless assaults of Women Gone Wild!

Frank, now older and wiser, is the owner of the number 1 Highland Square bar called Franks Place, stop by and say, Dude, I remember you, and where are you beating your magic drums next? Women BEWARE, Franks Magic Mojo is brewing again, you have been warned!
